Product description
Termaflex TX4100 is a rubber and glass filled, high viscosity, single component, air dry waterbased fast dry acrylic latex asphalt surfacer/sealer and coating. The product is specifically formulated to act as a replacement for asphalt slurries and toxic sealers. Termaflex TX4100 represents a dramatic improvement in the repair nd coating of driveways,parking lots and other ashapt surfaces. It is extremely resistant to virtually all forms of environmental attack, including rain, snow, summer heat and wear from vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The Termaflex TX4100 has excellent UV resistance, color and gloss retention, flexibility, and good corrosion resistance. Apply direct to existing Asphalt and concrete.

Uses
Termaflex TX4100 may be used to overcoat tightly adhere contaminate free aspalt and concrete.Termaflex TX4100 can be sprayed, rolled or troweled over asphalt and
concrete surfaces. It effectively fills cracks, fissures and depressions on asphaltic and concrete surfaces without subsequent cracking as the rubber glass matrix effectively fills surface cracks. Large depressions over 1/2 inch deep can be easily repaired with Termaflex TX4200 caulk.
Termaflex TX4100 can also be applied as a primer on roofs, swimming pools and patios protecting and extending the life of eroding surfaces and weather proofing most substrates from environmental damage.In addition application may take place over almost all roofing material including prepared metal, foam, asphalt, rubber and existing in place acrylic roof coating systems.

Surface preparation
All areas should be thoughly pressure washed to remove all contaminates from the surfaces to be coated. All small cracks should be cleaned out and blown dry before coating application begins. Large cracks should be repared with Termaflex TX 4200 Caulking and Crack Filler.

Application
The Termaflex TX4100 should be applied only when the air and product temperature is between ºF to 100ºF unless step are taken to slow the dry if above 100ºF and the surface has been properly prepared. The surface temperature should not exceed 125°F during application.

Maybe applied with Spray, airless or conventional, roller, brush.

Compatible systems
Termaflex TX4100 can be topcoated with Termaqua TA 6100 Cool Roof Coating or conventional latex coatings to match most architectural colors

Brush/Roller: Not required. If desired reduce maximum of 15% by volume with Clean Deionized Water
