- ENCAPSULATION (overcoat) Ideal for use with High-Pressure water cleaning of:
- Existing aged leaded paint
- Vinyl, coal tar epoxy, polyurethane, epoxy mastics, acrylics, organic or inorganic zinc
- Galvanizing metallizing
- Tightly adhered contaminant free rust
- RE-COATING of new or prepared structural steel. By sandblasting or Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) water jetting.
