TWO COMPONENT ANTI-GRAFFITI POLYURETHANE

DESCRIPTION
Termarust 2305 is a proprietary two-component aliphatic anti-graffiti polyurethane designed to work with the Termarust 2100 (RAVCS^®) Primer/Topcoat system providing a durable abrasion resistant film that allows fast graffiti removal. Beside excellent resistance to chemical exposure, the TR2305 has excellent long term gloss retention and flexibility.

USES
Suitable for application on the 2100 (RAVCS^®)Primer/Topcoat system. An additional coat of Termarust 2305 two-component aliphatic anti-graffiti polyurethane may be applied to the existing Termarust 2305 two-component aliphatic anti-graffiti polyurethane but this process may only be done once.

APPLICATION
The coating should be applied only when the air, surface and product temperature is between 10°C to 30°C (50°F to 86°F) and the surface has been properly prepared.
This is a two component system.
Mixed Ratio: 3 parts by volume A (TR2305).
1 part by volume B (TR2307 catalyst) Catalyst.
Pot life: 20 hours (closed container).
REDUCTION
Fast solvent: up to 25% Termarust thinner TR 02.
Slow solvent: up to 25% Termarust thinner TR 03.
CONVENTIONAL Up to 25% with the Termarust thinner TR 02 (fast).
SPRAY: Up to 25% with the Termarust thinner TR 03 (slow).

CLEAN UP: Use Termarust thinner TR 02.

PERFORMANCE
When properly applied, the TR2305 two-component polyurethane anti-graffiti system will provide protection from corrosion excellent durability, clean easily and resist the effects of exposure to sunlight. Not recommended for immersion

SHELF LIFE
Keep in original unopened container when stored in a protected area where the temperature is between 5°C to 30°C (41°F to 86°F).

Treat as flammable liquid - Flash point 4°C (39°F). Keep away from heat, open flame and sparks. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapor. Read label instruction carefully and refer to Material Safety Data Sheet supplied.
